And section 8.1.2 states: Screening - Control: "Background verification checks on all candidates for employment, contractors, and third-party users should be carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and ethics..."

The PCI Vetting Certificate process:
- We send out a PCI Vetting Disclosure Form to the client's HR department or directly to the applicant.
- Each applicant completes the form, returns it to us, and provides us with any relevant supporting documentation.
- We process the Basic CRB and background checks.
- We report the results to the client / applicant.
