These are:

• Word
• PDF

If you’re having difficulty uploading an image or file, please convert it to a PDF and try again. 99% of failed document uploads are due to it being the wrong filetype or the document being password protected or encrypted.

Always take a very clear photo of the original document. If it’s not legible or only shows part of the detail, you’ll need to resubmit a clearer more complete document.
