Our screening team focuses on obtaining information from employers, educational institutions, and other verification sources. Time spent preparing individual status updates can reduce the time available to progress the checks themselves.

We are also required to comply with data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This means we cannot share information that is incomplete, unverified, confidential, or restricted from disclosure.
If we require any additional information or documentation to progress your screening, our team will contact you directly by email and SMS/text message. Please ensure your contact details remain up to date and regularly check your inbox, junk folder, and mobile messages.

Where possible, please check with you sponsor or employer :

• Whether your screening is still in progress.
• Whether we require any further information from you.
• When your screening has been completed.

Our priority is to complete your screening as quickly, accurately, and securely as possible. We appreciate your patience and will contact you if any action is required or when the screening process is complete.
