Why can’t I submit my application?
If you’re unable to submit your application:
Please clear your cookies and cache and try again. Sometimes your browser might have remembered something from a page that you went back to and changed.
If that fails, please try logging on from a different device and browser. If you were using a mobile device, switch to a desktop computer. Does the same problem happen?
Sometimes, the portal will detect a problem with the data you’re trying to submit.
E.g. If the details on your passport or driving licence are not a perfect match with the details you entered for your title, name, date of birth and address, the portal will not let you submit your application.
