You driving licence number is a combination of letters and numbers that relate directly to your first, middle and last names, date of birth and gender so if there is any mismatch between the details on your driving licence and your names, date of birth and gender in section 2 of your application form, our system will not allow you to continue until they do match.

If the details don’t match, you should still upload the copy of your driving licence, but then you should select “NO” you do not have a driving licence in the question field further down the screen.

If you are also providing a copy of your passport that does not have the same name details as your driving licence, you should still upload the copy of your driving licence, but then select “NO” you do not have a driving licence in the question field further down the screen.

This will not affect your screening.
